Leafwood can accommodate up to 150 guests for your outdoor wedding.

Peak wedding season is April – October.

When you book your wedding with Leafwood your event will include:

  • Day before wedding 4 hours of use- includes time for setup/decorate, ceremony rehearsal, and space to host your rehearsal dinner (food and drinks not included)
  • Day of wedding 8 hours of use- includes 2 hours for bridal party to get ready and six hours for the ceremony/reception
  • Bridal Suite for bridal party
  • Room for groom and groomsmen
  • Game room with TV and bar for groom and groomsmen
  • Garden room with bar for bride and bridal party
  • 40 x 60 white frame tent ( other options available for an additional price)
  • 16 x 20 dance floor
  • 125 white folding chairs with padded seat
  • All tables for guest seating, buffet tables and cake table ( linens are not included)
  • Parking attendants
  • Mimosa bar for bridal party pre-ceremony
  • Choice of beer for groomsmen- pre-ceremony
  • Accommodations and brunch for wedding couple in River Cottage for the weekend of wedding
  • You can bring in your own alcohol ( must have a temporary ABC License which is obtained by The Virginia Department of ABC )

Cost: $5,500

  • Bridal portrait sessions are arranged by appointment only- Fee $250

Due to Leafwoods’s policy of only booking one wedding per weekend, it is recommended to book your event six months to 12 months in advance in order to get your preferred date.
